Week3 – Reviewing

I’m a new one in DMT. Due to late enrolment, this week is my first class. Sadly, I missed two classes, so that I can’t miss any one in the rest.

I quickly through last two week’s lecture ppt, it is not difficult to me. I knew something about network, server, client and the structure of Internet. There is a clear diagram shows how it works. At the same time, I realized protocols are very important aspect for connecting and sending information between server and client. There is a clear diagram to show how it works.

Actually, I'm still thinking about my project through this subject. I have a lot of ideas, such as build a car park system for shopping center, build a Content Management System for small office sharing and connecting with each other, develop a order menu system for online booking dinner restaurant or build a rental house website. I got some research, every project has it own barrier. I'm hard to decide which one I will pick. At the same time, I also consider which main technology I will use. I'm focusing on AJAX so far. You know, it is a kind of open source platform.
